What happens at my Exercise Physiology consultation?

If you have a specific pain or injury, we will ask you to bring information from your treating practitioner or suggest you see a Solutions for Wellbeing Physiotherapist or Osteopath first to examine and make recommendations on your recovery.

Regardless of your problem, your Exercise Physiologist will start with an assessment. They will talk through your goals and what you are hoping to achieve and provide an assessment specific to your condition and goals before beginning any recommended treatment.

If you would like to know if seeing an Exercise Physiologist is right for you – please call us on 02 4232 2222.
