At Solutions for Wellbeing, you also have the option of working one-on-one with our accredited fitness professionals. They will begin with a full assessment to understand your particular health goals and tailor a program to suit. You then have a number of options:

  • Continue to work one-on-one with personal sessions
  • Attend a shared supervision session where our accredited fitness professionals will be on hand to provide technique tips and ensure you get the most out of your fitness program  

Or,

  • Become a Solutions member and enjoy all of the benefits of shared supervision sessions plus access to all of the Solution’s fitness classes including Pilates.
