What does your introduction week include?

  • An introductory consultation with one of our dedicated fitness professionals. This is to get a good understanding of your fitness goals, any injuries or ‘bad knees’ they needs to be aware of, and give you an introduction to the extensive range of equipment and class options available.
  • Choose up to 3 classes or open fitness session to really try us out and see if it is the right ‘solution’ for you.
  • You are welcome to make one of your classes a pilates session.
