What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy takes a whole of person approach to supporting health and the treatment of pain and many conditions of the neuromusculoskeletal systems. Our focus is on understanding and achieving the maximal recovery for your condition, supporting your general health and wellbeing. Osteopaths are graduates of University Bachelor/Masters 5 year programs government registered primary care practitioners.
Osteopaths examine and explain the diagnosis, provide hands on therapy alongside guidance on posture, exercise, managing pain and lifestyle advice. If a review by your GP or imaging such as X-rays are indicated, we will discuss this with you and provide referral and reports when required.
