Abbey has pursued her career as an Exercise Physiologist as she believes in the power of exercise to improve not only physical health but mental health and self confidence. Abbey has a special interest in using Pilates for rehabilitation and general wellbeing.  Abbey has a background in contemporary dance and enjoys working with gymnasts, dancers and other athletes on their rehabilitation and conditioning.

A highlight of Abbey’s career has been volunteering at a health centre in Fiji, offering exercise physiology services to remote communities. Another highlight has been volunteering for Recovery Camp, a camp dedicated to adults with a severe mental illness.

Abbey has grown up on a small farm in rural NSW with a love of the outdoors.  She currently bush walks, surfs and snorkels, as well as doing Pilates to keep her mind and body healthy.

Originally from the outskirts of Canberra, She moved to Wollongong in 2012 to commence her studies (and be closer to the beach). At the hospital her experience focused on primarily cardiac patients, which inspired her to plan for further study in this area in the future.

Chloe Harris, born in Kiama, recently returns to the South Coast from Victoria. Chloe graduated from Victoria University in 2010, whereby working in Melbourne and the Bellarine Peninsula for 6 years, treating a wide range of conditions, such as postural related pain, surfing injuries, manual labour associated pain and sporting injuries.


In addition to Osteopathy, Chloe has completed the renowned Pilates course through Polestar: The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Series, and therefore can complement her Osteopathic management with Pilates Rehabilitation.


In 2016, Chloe completed the Camino de Santiago, a 776km hike across Spain. Furthermore, she is actively involved in the CrossFit scene and Circus training. Through her keen interest, accomplishments and working environments, Chloe has particularly become interested in the treatment of the following conditions:
