How we work

One team, one set of notes

Allied health goes wrong when three practitioners give one person three plans. If your physiotherapist is loading a tendon while your exercise physiologist is deloading it, you are the one who pays for that.

Working under one roof means shared notes and a shared plan. Your practitioners talk to each other about you — in person, not by fax three weeks later. When you get handed across from one service to another, the person receiving you has already read the file.

Horizon Health Collective

The group behind the practice

Solutions4Wellbeing is a Horizon Health Collective practice. The group supports the clinic with governance, clinical standards and careers, so the people treating you can concentrate on treating you. The name on the door — and the people behind it — stay local.
