Classes & timetable

Classes and timetable

Every class is run in our own gym and supervised by an exercise physiologist or physiotherapist, so the room always has someone in it who can modify an exercise for your knee, your back or your blood pressure.

Classes are capped. Call reception to check there is a spot before your first visit.

The week

Stretch
